Job Description: COORDINTES WITH: Media team, Brand & Engagement team, Public Engagement Division including digital specialists, writers and designers, Oxfam International and Oxfam affiliates, various vendors and freelancers. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Provide support to Oxfam America’s Media and Brand & Engagement teams, with a focus on monitoring, evaluation, and analysis to ensure the team meets its goals. Key tasks will include monitoring, tracking, and internally disseminating media mentions of Oxfam; providing task assignment and performance feedback on media deliverables to PE intern; maintaining our media databases, including media lists of relevant contacts; providing analysis of and updates on the team’s key performance indicators (KPIs); and providing administrative support and managing relationships with key vendors as primary contact.
