Our TAKEOUT team is responsible for taking orders over the phone or in person, including UberEats orders on the tablets, and bagging food and beverage menu items. As a takeout cashier, you are expected to be able to bounce around effortlessly from guest interaction, maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, and help other team members while offering a fun, fast and friendly guest experience. THE BASICS: - Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values - Get to know our menu items from the inside out - Input orders in a fast but accurate manner - Help run food during down times - Be well verse in our menu to make suggestions to the customers over the phone to help with the guest experience. - Provide exceptional hospitality - Comply with proper cash handling procedures (along with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant) - Perform additional opening/ closing/ mid shift responsibilities, as needed, to keep the restaurant stocked, clean, and looking? beautiful.
