Job Summary: Provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to outpatient clinic patients to ensure safe and effective drug therapy, taking into consideration patient’s diagnosis, prescribed treatment, age group and other identified needs. Uses independent decision-making, clinical judgment, and in-depth knowledge of pharmacotherapy and therapeutics.
