End User Services & Support Technician THE OPPORTUNITY: Kjell & Company is one of the largest omnichannel retailers of consumer electronics accessories in the Nordics, with operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and China. We are now looking for an End User Services & Support Technician who will play a key role in delivering a seamless, secure, and high‑quality IT experience for employees across the Group. This is a hands‑on, business‑critical role where you work close to end users, devices, and digital environments, ensuring reliable day‑to‑day support and continuous improvement. You will be part of the IT Operations team, working in a multi‑country environment where service quality and user experience are essential.
