The Role: ModernaTX, Inc. seeks a Manager, Real-World Evidence Analytics for its Cambridge, Massachusetts location. Here’s What You’ll Do: Support Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies focused on vaccine effectiveness, adherence patterns, disease burden, and healthcare resource utilization and costs, to generate timely insights for regulatory submissions and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) cost-effectiveness modeling. Collaborate with cross functional teams – including Epidemiology, HEOR, Safety, Medical Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance – to support RWE strategy development, protocol and analysis plan design, results interpretation, and publication/dissemination of findings. Represent the RWE Analytics team in cross-organizational efforts, selecting and applying appropriate statistical and machine learning methods in order to ensure alignment with scientific and business objectives. Partner with the Digital team and external vendors to support the development, testing, and maintenance of scalable, internal analytical platforms.
