Position Overview: The HR Technology Manager is responsible for the strategic management, optimization, and day-to-day operations of Workday and other key HR platforms, such as Absorb Learning and integrated vendor systems. This role provides leadership over the HR technology ecosystem, serving as a hands-on system administrator and configurator to ensure HR platforms are stable, scalable, and aligned with business priorities while delivering a seamless employee experience. Partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence, Payroll, IT, business leaders, and external vendors, the HR Technology Manager ensures system reliability, data integrity, and scalability across the HR technology ecosystem.
