$1,000 Sign on Bonus (external candidates) PATIENT CARE TECHNICIAN/ ER TECH: SUMMARY: Responsible and accountable for direct and indirect care of patients. MINIMUM EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: High School graduate or equivalent. EMT, Certified Nursing or Medical Assistant preferred. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Experience in data entry or typing preferred. Previous clerical experience preferred. Legible handwriting. Through education, experience, and/or training, the individual is qualified to work with infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Fluent knowledge of medical terminology. Current BLS Healthcare Provider card.
