Our Logistics team is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a Fleet Coordinator who can lead with safety, support our drivers, and keep our fleet and schedules running like a well‑oiled machine. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be the central hub of our transport operations — coordinating drivers, managing fleet performance, and making sure every job is delivered safely, efficiently and on time. Your day will include: - Ensuring compliance with NHVL, CoR and WHS requirements - Scheduling drivers and resources to hit customer targets with zero service failures - Supporting and leading a team of competent truck drivers - Keeping vehicles in top condition through proactive maintenance coordination - Conducting driver debriefs and maintaining accurate asset records - Working closely with Logistics, WHS, Workshop and Finance teams to keep operations smooth and accountable What you bring: - Strong working knowledge of N...
