About the role We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Desk-Based Account Manager to join our busy Packaging and components sales team based at our offices in Gravesend. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with customers, handling incoming enquiries, following up on sales leads, and helping grow revenue through outstanding service and account development.
