Description Astrix is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our growing CS team in the US. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who loves solving complex problems, managing enterprise deployments, and guiding customers through technical success. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor for our most strategic customers, ensuring seamless onboarding, smooth deployments, and long-term adoption of the Astrix platform. About the role: - Manage onboarding and deployment projects end-to-end — from initial setup to full production rollout. - Serve as the primary technical point of contact , ensuring smooth communication between customers and Astrix teams. - Dig deep into technical issues , analyze logs, APIs, and integrations, and work with R&D to drive resolutions. - Proactively identify risks or blockers and coordinate internal resources to remove them. - Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on goals and outcomes. - Drive customer enablement — help users and admins understand best practices, new capabilities, and advanced configurations. - Track deployment progress, communicate timelines, and ensure visibili...
