Job description: You ensure excellent and consistent planning by integrating customer requirements, inventory levels, order processing, and logistics processes. You act as a strategic interface between key customers, sales (KAM), and internal supply chain functions to guarantee a high level of service, optimize inventory levels, and drive continuous improvement. Tasks/Responsibilities: - Key logistics contact person for strategic customers and sales KAM - Order processing in accordance with the Order Book Policy - Logistics handling, process optimization and ensuring service levels for key accounts in the major customer sector - Teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration, especially with sales, product and inventory management, the plants and the local CS/LSCM management - Participation and active collaboration in the S&OP process as well as systematic, data-focused analysis of existing supply chains with upstream functions (production, sales, central planning) - Proactive identification of potential improvements and implementation of recommendations for action - Optimization of order book management processes in SAP S/4HANA with a focus on automating repetitive standard process...
