Position Overview Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a Reliability Engineer to help ensure the long-term performance, durability, and safety of our autonomous systems and components. This role focuses on developing and executing reliability strategies across mechanical, electrical, and software systems used in real-world autonomous operations. Reliability Engineers at ASI work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to identify potential failure modes, perform failure analysis, and implement design improvements that enhance system robustness and lifecycle performance. This role plays a critical part in validating system durability through testing, data analysis, and reliability modeling. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute reliability testing plans for autonomous systems and components, including mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems. Conduct reliability analyses such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis (RCA), and fault tree analysis to identify potential failure risks.
