About the Team The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We're currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join our logistics procurement team, responsible for logistics service procurement in Europe Ideal candidates should have a strategic mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a track record of driving cost reductions while maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities: - Lead procurement activities for TikTok’s Europe e-commerce local fulfillment logistics, including first-mile, line-haul, warehousing, and last-mile delivery, covering supplier selection, benchmarking, and commercial negotiation. - Continuously optimize fulfillment cost and service quality by selecting high-performing logistics partners and improving pricing mechanisms, strengthening the platform’s overall logistics competitiveness. - Develop annual and quarterly procurement strategies and resource plans based on a deep understanding of e-commerce business models, product category characteristics, and regional business growth trends. - Maintain strong relati...
