Job Title Philips Clinical Services Manager Job Description: The Clinical Services Manager is responsible to lead Commercial Excellence, Service Delivery and Post Go Live Support from a Clinical Customer Perspective – specifically focused on Electrocardiography in Hospitals and Large Service Providers. You will be responsible for the Philips Electrocardiography Portfolio which consists of ECG Hardware, Software & Services across the International Region. You will lead a small but resilient team of Clinical Specialists who provide services across a diverse landscape of cultures and standards of care. You act as the Clinical Go-To Person among customers, channel partners and internal Philips teams (sales and services), ensuring successful service execution, resulting in Order Intake, Sales and Customer Satisfaction.
