The team’s goals is to deliver miles to our construction teams on-time, on-budget, and on-scope while ensuring that projects meet the compliance requirements of our federal, state, and local agencies and communities. Position Summary: The Caltrans Principal Program Manager will be responsible for the timely permitting and delivery of undergrounding, system hardening, and remote grid projects that fall within the Caltrans right-of-way. This person will work closely with Central Estimating, the Pre-Construction Delivery team, the Undergrounding PMO, LEAPS, Government Relations and Construction Management to facilitate projects through the PG&E process, improve the process by which PG&E submits Caltrans projects, and improves PG&E comp...
