It brings together three key sub-functions: Data Management, Analytics and Insights, and AI and Machine Learning, each focused on turning data into value. This team is responsible for building and maintaining the data foundations that support everything from regulatory reporting to customer insights and advanced AI applications. Whether it’s ensuring data quality, uncovering trends, or powering intelligent tools, the team helps ANZ deliver better outcomes for customers and the business. The Head of Data Management provides leadership with a combined strategic and operational mandate for how the division manages its data and reduces data risk. This role leads and develops teams accountable for end-to-end management of Retail data that protects, improves and provides governed data for driving customer and business value, while adhering to legal, ethical and risk management needs.
