Overview Under minimal supervision, the Facilities Maintenance Technician supports individual Unattended fueling locations by troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance services pertaining to malfunctioning and broken fueling equipment. Pay rate: $23/hr Responsibilities: - Prioritizes and manages daily maintenance and repair activities to minimize operational downtime at unattended cardlock fueling sites by responding to work orders issued via email, text, phone, and the automated dispatch/CMMS system. - Maintains a safe, compliant, and well‑organized work environment by following all company procedures as well as OSHA, EPA/DEQ, and petroleum handling regulations. - Performs diagnostics, repair, and calibration of fueling system components , including dispensers, submersible turbine pumps (STPs), electronic line leak detectors, tank probes, sensors, and site communications equipment. - Troubleshoots, programs, and services Automated Tank Gauge (ATG) systems , including Veeder‑Root TLS consoles or equivalent, EVO, Skybitz, ANOVA, ensuring accurate inventory reconciliation, alarm handling, compliance reporting, and sensor calibration. - Supports and troubleshoo...
