Position Overview and purpose: The Warehouse Lead role is responsible for loading, unloading, stacking, sorting, and segregating, and case picking products in a warehouse environment in order to assemble customer orders. Warehouse leads must be capable of operating all material handling equipment. The Warehouse Lead also assists the Warehouse Operators in their duties by answering technical and procedural questions, providing training to new hires, and providing feedback to Supervisors and Managers on employee performance.
