Do you want to lead the financial work of a growing consultancy with operations across three markets, and still be close enough to the numbers to own them yourself? As CFO at Comprend, you will be responsible for financial reporting, controlling and analysis across Sweden, Finland and the UK. You will lead a small, skilled finance team and serve as a key member of the management team, providing the financial perspective needed to make sound business decisions. This is not a pure leadership role. You will work hands-on with financial analysis, forecasting and reporting alongside your team. If you enjoy combining strategic influence with operational depth, this could be the right fit.
