Job Description: Key Responsibilities Finishing & Assembly: - Perform finishing operations using various finishing equipment such as grommet press, sewing machine, cutters, and various hand tools safely, efficiently and accurately. - Packaging of signage products according to individual product and work order specifications. - Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure optimal performance and report equipment issues or maintenance needs to appropriate personnel. - Read and interpret work orders and establish priority needs to meet deadlines and due dates and stage finished products for shipping, pickup and/or installation. - Assist with monitoring and replenishing finishing materials and supplies and notify Supervisor and/or Production Manager in a timely manner. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies. - Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Quality Control: - Inspect finished products to verify accuracy, quality and adherence to company and client standards to ensure final products meet all work order requirements before release. - Identify defects or inconsis...
