Personal Wellbeing Mentor Salary: £27,145.56 per annum plus benefits Locations: Leeds and Wakefield and HMP Leeds and Wealstun Contract: Full time fixed term for 9 months Rebuilding your life after sentencing is one of the toughest challenges a person can face. But with the right support, it’s possible. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Personal Wellbeing Mentor - someone with a rare mix of compassion, resilience, organisation, self-motivation and flexibility. This is for the person who understands that rehabilitation isn’t just about offering advice; it’s about rolling up your sleeves and pro-actively supporting someone on their journey. This is a demanding role; you'll be working in a challenging environment with people who have complex needs and who can be reluctant to engage. But when you help someone break the cycle and you see them take real steps toward transforming their life, it’s a great feeling.
