Description We’re seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel who thrives in a high-growth SaaS environment and enjoys partnering closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations teams. This role will focus primarily on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, business-oriented, and able to balance risk mitigation with deal enablement. Requirements: None: What You Will Do: - Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including: - Customer SaaS agreements - Vendor and supplier agreements - NDAs (customer, vendor, and partnership) - Data processing agreements (DPAs) - Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) - Partnership agreements - Procurement and services agreements - Provide clear, practical legal guidance to cross-functional stakeholders - Partner closely with Sales on contract negotiations and redlines - Develop and improve contract templates and playbooks - Establish and manage clear SLAs for contract review and turnaround times - Identify legal and commercial risks and propose pragmatic, business-oriented solutions - Support compliance efforts related to data privacy and information security - Help scale le...
