Finance Transformation SME - Large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP transformation program - 18 Month Ficed-Term Contract - Melbourne CBD location with highly flexible hybrid working model About the Role: Kinetic is in the middle of a major finance transformation: replacing multiple legacy accounting systems with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP across Australia and New Zealand, while simultaneously implementing a new Asset Management System (Hexagon) and EPM platform (Oracle EPBCS/FCCS). This role exists to extend the capacity of the Finance Transformation Lead by taking direct ownership of defined workstreams within the Oracle ERP implementation and broader finance transformation programme. It is a hands-on role that requires someone comfortable moving between design, testing, data quality, process documentation, change management, and stakeholder engagement - often in the same week. The right person will be equally at home leading a UAT cycle for Order-to-Cash as they are helping an accountant figure out why a reconciliation isn’t reconciling. They will bring structure to ambiguity, hold themselves and others to a high standard, and communicate with clarity across all levels of the organisation....
