Your Mission: We are looking for a highly organized Legal Operations Lead to join our Paris-based Legal team as a replacement from late May 2026 to January 2027 . You will report to the Head of Legal and lead a team of 2, driving efficiency and scaling our legal infrastructure. Your role is to optimize the "how" of the Legal department. You will be a bridge between legal expertise and operational excellence, ensuring our team of ~10 people stays agile and tech-forward. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 2 team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and professional growth. Project Management: Drive large-scale projects forward, from process optimization to cross-functional stakeholder management.
