Job Description: The Engineer is responsible for maintaining building systems and infrastructure through proactive maintenance, emergency response, and system repairs. This role requires technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related mechanical systems, combined with the ability to respond effectively to critical situations.
