We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to support the growth of our outsourcing and staff augmentation business. This role is intended for junior-level recruiters with 1–2 years of recruitment experience , ideally in IT recruitment, outsourcing, staffing, or talent sourcing environments. We are seeking someone who is still building their career, is eager to learn, can work with structure and discipline, and is motivated to grow within a fast-paced outsourcing business. The Junior Recruitment Consultant will support candidate sourcing, screening, pipeline management, interview coordination, and day-to-day delivery activities across multiple recruitment projects.
