Director, Office of the Chief Clinical Officer-Health System Operations-Corporate- Hybrid The Director works collaboratively with the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) and key senior leaders to plan and implement strategic priorities, ensure alignment and integration across the CCO portfolio, and drive effective execution of clinical strategies. He/she will play a pivotal role in a dynamic, clinical and operational environment by serving as the operations point of contact in the management and daily operations of high priority programs/projects/initiatives within the CCO portfolio. Collaborate with MSHS CCO and other senior leaders to help prioritize and execute strategic plans, priorities, and initiatives that align with the organization’s clinical goals. Translate strategic priorities into operational reality by aligning communication, accountabilities, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems to ensure that strategic priorities yield measurable and sustainable results.
