Job description

ON BEHALF OF NUCOR INSULATED PANEL GROUP: The Shipping & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team across shipping, receiving, trim parts production, and yard operations to ensure materials and finished goods flow safely, accurately, and efficiently through the facility. This role owns end-to-end logistics coordination, including inbound and outbound shipments, carrier management, imports/exports, and internal material flow. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who drives performance through people, establishes clear expectations, and ensures consistent execution across all areas of responsibility.
