Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Research Navigator to support and advance clinical and operational research initiatives across our organization and the Gundersen Medical Foundation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into meaningful, data-driven outcomes that improve patient care and operational excellence. Position Overview: The Research Navigator serves as a key partner to clinicians, operational leaders, and learners by guiding research and quality improvement projects from concept through completion. This role blends project management, research methodology, and data analysis to ensure projects are executed efficiently, rigorously, and with measurable impact.
