As a CRM Executive, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our customer relationship management (CRM) system. You will assist in maintaining data accuracy, executing CRM campaigns, and collaborating with the team to enhance customer experience, while building your expertise in CRM tools and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess our CRM requirements and continuously optimize our processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
