Maintenance Supervisor- Nights

Job description

This position is responsible for planning and supervising the execution of cost effective and timely maintenance necessary for the operation of equipment and overall production operations. This includes directing, coordinating and supporting maintenance personnel, working with contractors, vendors or company engineering in the modification or installation of equipment, and troubleshooting and resolving new and/or different technical problems regarding equipment. Assures work performed is in compliance with relevant company and legislative food safety and food quality requirements as needed. - Sends out a daily downtime report and ensures a daily downtime report is sent out by crew leader or back up crew leader. Embraces the line owner position by scheduling work to appropriate line owner and ensuring line owner works well with operator as well as understands the importance of handoffs to ensure accurate documentation. - Able to use a computer efficiently understanding Microsoft office, CMMS, Lawson, WHIMs, Oracle Apps.
