Entity: Production & Operations Job Family Group: Engineering Group Job Description: The SCADA Leak Detection & Operator Training Simulator (OTS) Specialist plays a meaningful role in ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant pipeline and facility operations. This position supports real‑time operational monitoring, leak detection troubleshooting, alarm management, and the integrity of SCADA and CPM data quality. In addition, the Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the Operator Training Simulator (OTS) used to train control room personnel. By ensuring that SCADA signals, CPM applications, alarm behavior, HMI operation, and control logic are accurately reflected in the OTS, this role enables realistic and effective training for normal, abnormal, and emergency operating scenarios. Through strong technical expertise and cross‑functional collaboration, the Specialist improves operational safety, strengthens compliance, and improves control room readiness.
