Employment Type: Full time Shift: Night Shift Description: 3 Lacks at Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital is a 32‑bed, all‑private‑room acute care unit specializing in geriatric patients (65+) . This high‑acuity, adaptable care environment unit manages telemetry, cardiac drips, high‑flow oxygen, BiPAP , and advanced therapies. Nurses care for patients with rapidly changing conditions, using advanced assessment and strong clinical judgment. 3 Lacks follows a nurse‑directed, team‑based care model with RNs, LPNs, Nurse Externs, PCAs, and Virtual RNs.
