About the Role: As a Realty Transaction Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping real estate deals on track from contract to close. That means working closely with our agents, homebuyers, loan teams, title companies, and other partners to make sure every step of the process is smooth, timely, and accurate. You’ll be a go-to point of contact — answering questions, solving problems, and making sure documents are exactly where they need to be. Think of yourself as the calm in the storm and the one who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing: Keep transactions on track by managing everything from contract through closing.
