Job description

Job Purpose Understand, predict, and enhance material planning using analytical and quantitative methods. Support purchasing, scheduling, planning, and operations by assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations. Essential Functions: - Coordinate and synergize activities to improve performance in logistics and inventory - Monitor and evaluate employee performance in logistics and inventory - Maintain bin counts and reconciliation of inventory - Serve as a key backup for inventory and logistics coordinators - Manage freight deliveries and ensure product has been received as promised - Lead efforts to maintain accurate records in SAP systems - Manage SAP discrepancies, working with warehouse, production, and controller to coordinate data integrity; correct all discrepancies, coordinating timely ingredient delivery from 3PL companies - Work with production and inventory to close orders promptly - Follow up on order process errors; correct errors and work to prevent recurrence - Perform reconciliation of SAP inventory - Perform daily SAP transactions - Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training; maintain safe and effic...
