Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree. - 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. - Experience as a global people manager leading workforce. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in solutions and operating model of gTech Ads. - Experience in media, marketing, and complex data sets, along with global strategy initiatives, managing executive stakeholders, and commercial acumen. - Experience in working with executive stakeholders from different teams. - Experience in building, managing, and developing a team across multiple sites. - Ability to lead global strategic initiatives and land global concepts in regions.
