The Strategic Transformation Office (STO) oversees comprehensive, large-scale transformations. Our objectives are to enhance scalability, drive revenue growth, improve client experience, and elevate controls to optimize our operating platform. The group comprises three critical functions: (1) Product Management, (2) Design, and (3) Change Management. Alternatives Product Management sits within the STO. Our product managers work closely with our investing businesses and Engineering teams to define our digital strategy, develop new technologies, and partner with third‑party technology providers.
