Department: 34100 Central Metro C - Nursing Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Position is for West side area which includes 60641, 60634. Back up to Harwood Heights, Norridge, 60656 and surrounding areas. Primarily M-F 8am-5pm. weekend rotation- every 3rd weekend. One summer holiday, one winter holiday required. On call rotation 3 to 4 times a month Monday through Friday. On call rotation every 1 to 2 months on every third weekend. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 REGISTERED NURSE - HOME HEALTH: LOCATION: CHICAGO WEST SIDE- 60641, 60634. Back up to Harwood Heights, Norridge, 60656 and surrounding areas. HOURS: DAYS WITH ROTATION TO WKDS AND 1 SUMMER/WINTER HOLIDAY: This position is eligible for up to a $10,000.00 sign on bonus. You must be working in this same position at time of payout.
