Job Description: Mars Wrigley – Machine Operator- Elizabethtown, PA - Pay: Based on experience starting at $24.10/hour+ and $1.50 shift premium - This site manufactures DOVE chocolate Current Shift Schedule: 4-Shift Rotation: Rotates between: - 4th Shift: Week Off - 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM - 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM - 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM - Weekday Shifts: 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday) - Weekend Shifts: 12-hour shifts (off every other weekend) Future Shift Schedule: - In 2026: Transition from rotating to fixed shifts (specific details still in discussion) Job Purpose: Machine Operators (Team Members) function as an expert member of a manufacturing area team which is responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities.
