New York Times Cooking is looking for a strategic, dynamic and discerning editor to lead our talent strategy work, with a focus on cooking video. Working cross-functionally with other leaders on the team, you’ll expand and help program our roster of superb contributors, who appear on our platforms and social channels, but increasingly also in Cooking content on their own channels. You’ll identify and engage with skilled recipe creators who are adept at cooking on camera and connecting with an audience — managing scouting, outreach, creative development and the relationships over time.
