About This Opportunity Shape the future of student success in this high-impact role as Senior Project Manager, Student Success and Widening Participation (through to the end of 2027), where you’ll lead a strategic review of flagship programs, including the Young Achievers Program (YAP) and outreach initiatives to strengthen UQ’s pipeline of students from equity backgrounds. You’ll work collaboratively across UQ to design targeted, evidence-based interventions that improve access, conversion, and success outcomes, ensuring programs align with evolving government priorities and deliver meaningful, measurable impact. Key responsibilities will include: Demonstrated experience delivering impactful projects end-to-end, with measurable outcomes Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and inform program design Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills across diverse internal and external groups Sound understanding of education pathways, equity initiatives, and widening participation strategies This is a full-time fixed-term position until 31/12/2027 at HEW Level 8.
