Description Talent Acquisition Specialist will support and execute recruiting efforts across our rapidly growing organization. This individual contributor role is critical to sourcing and securing top talent, with a strong emphasis on hiring to support our greenhouse roles in Operations, Maintenance, Growing, Water Tech, FSQA and Safety. This hybrid position is based out of our McAdoo, PA facility, with an expectation to be onsite two days per week. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization, including new greenhouse locations. - Support back up recruitment efforts for select exempt-level and corporate positions as needed. - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored sourcing and recruiting strategies. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing methods. - Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) a...
