Cellular Sales Buyer Reports to Procurement Manager: JOB DESCRIPTION: The Buyer purchases the organization’s required materials and services at the right price, from the right source, at the right specification to meet customer needs and delivery. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Orchestrate and manage service/materials delivery coordination in support of the markets and store locations. - Utilize various ticketing systems to receive and resolve requests. - Analyze, research, evaluate and manage various categories of indirect spend. - Manage RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs. - Negotiate buying terms with suppliers, including pricing and delivery terms. - Resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues. - Conduct market research to identify new suppliers. - Proactively reviews market conditions to minimize supply chain commodity and service risks. - Supplier relationship management to include supplier reviews and non-compliance. - Reporting and analytics - Effectively communicate with various internal stakeholders and suppliers.
