This is a wonderful chance to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable individuals within the community who require much needed care and support. As a Social Worker experienced in working in Intermediate Care settings and hospitals, you will be reaching out to those in crisis or who are acutely unwell within the community and the hospital itself. The office is based in Accrington, however there is an expectation for you to travel to different locations to provide assessments therefore a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
