ABOUT THE ROLE: As a QA Manager, you’ll shape how quality evolved and maintained across your product areas. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to manage risk and continuously improve how we deliver. This role combines hands-on leadership, team growth, and building scalable, efficient quality practices. You will: Oversee the end-to-end quality assurance process, ensuring software meets defined quality standards prior to release. Drive a culture of quality by embedding best practices across the SDLC/STLC and promoting continuous process improvement. Define and implement QA strategy, including test frameworks, test plans, automation approach, and quality metrics to improve efficiency and coverage. Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership, influencing quality-related decisions and risk management. Support individual growth and development. Encourage cross-team collaboration and contribute to collaborative engineering culture.
