Technique is looking for a General Labor associate to join our team at our Jackson, Michigan facility. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor in the Manufacturing department. The employee will perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing setting, including operating machines, cleaning and inspecting parts, and finishing materials. This position gives the opportunity to learn a trade from the best technicians in the industry, with numerous opportunities to grow into different setup roles. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required – we’re looking for someone who can multitask, solve basic problems, work well in a team, and is willing to learn. A High School Diploma or GED and a forklift operator’s license (or willingness to obtain one) are preferred.
