Labcorp is seeking a Director, HR AI Solutions & Architecture for our team in Durham, NC. This can also be a Remote role. Labcorp is seeking a Director, HR AI Solutions & Architecture who combines strategic thinking with hands-on engineering expertise to lead the integration of AI solutions within the Human Resources function. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of HR technology, managing AI-driven HR strategies, identifying high-impact AI use cases, designing innovative solutions, and building intelligent systems that transform employee experiences and enhance workforce effectiveness and operational efficiency. A key part of the role will be leveraging IBM watsonx solutions to deliver scalable, ethical, and impactful AI applications. You will work closely with HR leaders, technology partners, and vendors to orchestrate an agentic AI layer and integrate with enterprise platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow, establishing a strong product feedback loop, influencing strategy while delivering cutting-edge AI tools that drive efficiency, personalization, and automation across HR processes.
