Job description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Document current-state workflows across commercial banking functions and conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and compliance risks. Partner with Relationship Managers and Credit Officers to uncover pain points and improvement opportunities. - Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators including loan and deposit growth, WAR trends, portfolio health, and client engagement. - Support the development of new operating models by defining roles and handoffs, and analyzing RM gearing ratios and client coverage to optimize resource allocation. - Assess the impact of client re-segmentation on operational efficiency and experience, conducting ad hoc analyses to inform staffing, targeting, and product strategies. Analyze segmentation data to support RM bookbuilding and migration planning, while benchmarking internal processes against industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, credit platforms, and internal databases, while monitoring credit pipeline metrics to identify trends in approvals, turnaround times, and exceptions. - Deliver executive reports on busine...
