Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Scottsdale office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and experience in mortgage office management (preferred), ensuring that all office functions run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to both staff and clients. **MUST BE IN SCOTTSDALE and ABLE TO WORK IN-OFFICE** Requirements: Duties: Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
