As a Senior Professional, HR Business Partner you will provide advanced support within the HR Advisory function for our Earth and Environment business line, delivering consultative guidance on complex employee matters, policy application, and HR processes. You will support business leaders through the resolution of employee relations cases, workforce transactions, and program implementation efforts. This position plays a key role in translating organizational goals into HR solutions by advising on structure, change, and performance, while also supporting data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to an effective, consistent, and high-performing HR environment across WSP.
